If you can drag yourself away from the views then there is plenty to do including bushwalks through the Royal National Park, Aboriginal rock engravings, or a quiet coffee in the sleepy town of Bundeena.

But without a doubt the best attraction is the beaches, and there are plenty to explore – head to Garie for surf, the sandy bay at Jibbon Beach for a lazy day’s swimming, or the rock pools at Gunyah for snorkelling, and the cliffs for whale watching in its season.

Artists abound in Bundeena and the local Art Trail is the 1st Sunday of the month.
